I'd also strongly advise her to refrain from eating any food rich in
unsaturated fatty acids, cooked meat (gelatin is okay), and to only
eat foods that contain cholesterol in an uncooked form (butter,
cheese, etc.), though if she wants to eat eggs, which are fine, they
need to only be boiled. Antioxidant-rich foods, like organic berries,
should be consumed in at least moderate amounts with each meal.
