Yes, the OP is totally out of touch with recent scientific evidence.

Coconut is one of the healthiest things you can eat (though cooking is
generally bad for all food items), though it's fat content is 92%
saturated. The "saturated fat" pork is only about 40% saturated and
that is dangerous stuff. The issue is the inflammatory process, and
omega 6 fatty acids are the problem. Taking omega 3s to inhibit the
omega 6s seems to be an even worse idea, based upon peoples who ate
diets rich in omega 3s (and were lucky to live into their 40s).
