However, Diabetes Australia cites an American study that shows that
eating an egg everyday may increase the risk of type 2 diabetes by
about 60 per cent.

It could be the case that eggs are both good and bad for you.
the upper (and lower) limit could be zero. According to this particular
study the optimal dosing for eggs it could be about 1 egg every other
day.
