Any thoughts on this as a vegetarian DHA source?
The suggested use rate seems waaaaaaaay beyond
toxic to me.
If it contains dha it is not flax and if it comes from algae it is not
flax. I have once read an ad on "The Vegetarian" (UK magazine) about
vegan DHA but it contaimed only 4mg DHA per capsule and it was quite
expensive. I think seaweed contains DHA but I am not sure.
Yes, this product is a mixture of flaxseed oil and algae derived DHA.
