Developer of the Low Carbohydrate Diet Honored with the Freedom of the
City of London Award

LONDON -- Dr. Wolfgang Lutz, Chancellor, Professor, Dr. Med. Hebil,
Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Science of Dublin Metropolitan
University and author of books and medical articles has been
recognized by Cambridge Who's Who as the 2006-2007 Professional of the
Year in internal medicine. Lutz, an intelligent, inquisitive, and
extremely hard working individual was honored on May 21, 2007 with the
Freedom of The City of London Award for his contributions to the
medical community.

After receiving his post doctoral degree in internal and air medicine
from the University of Vienna and the University of Innsbruck, Lutz
returned to his native village of Haag am Hausruck, Austria, to join
his father's medical practice. A few years later, he moved to Ried im
Inkreis, Austria and established his own practice as a consulting
internal physician. He then moved to Salzburg in 1960.
