Hi,
I believe a doctor damaged my urethra unnecessarily. I have given
things several months to heal themselves but they haven't so I am
really concerned. I understand that certain urethral injuries can be
very difficult to repair and that they often require multiple
surgeries. This really worries me. I don't wish to get into
specifics here but I need some good advice. I am not money hungry or
lawsuit-happy and would much rather this problem go away than seek any
kind of compensation. However, I am finding it hard to find a
urologist who will actually focus on the issue and not brush off my
concerns. I need someone to take a look at my urethra without an
invasive procedure like a cystoscopy because I fear this will cause
further damage. I'd like to do this before my current problems result
in bigger ones but the people I have spoken to seem anxious to do
something which I feel would damage me further. Considering the
impact this situation has had on my life since it happened along with
the fact that things aren't getting any better on their own and that I
am very nervous about how this will effect me in the future, I need to
know the right way to handle this situation ASAP. I feel that I
should contact a lawyer at this point but I have no idea where to
start. Is this the right procedure? If so, how do I go about finding
the best lawyer?
Please reply to me by email at johnaclark1@hotmail.com.
Thank you very much for your help.
