Phytotherapy with at least some scientific evidence in category III prostatitis:
1) Quercetin (brand names Prosta-Q, Q-Urol)
2) Bee Pollen (brand name Cernilton)
3) Saw Palmetto (brand name Permixon)
In Germany, Bee Pollen seems most popular. I think that Q-Urol has both 1 and 2.
