burning after urination

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what causes burning after urination. I have the
sensation of wanting to urinate caused by this constant burning feeling
at the tip of my urethra. Could anyone with similar problem tell me
what can be done to obtain some relief. On doxycycline.

Have no other symptoms other than this and it is driving me crazy.
