You shouldnt have allowed that. They not only dont really do that much for
you, they can leave things worse.

Without symptoms? No. Without pain? Now and then. I take strong doses of Saw
Palmetto which makes a heck of a difference almost all the time but when
they dont make any difference, I have to go get really strong antibiotics
(doxycycline) which help. Dont take them for too long as the more you take
them, the less effect they have. Better to put up with it, go on them for a
short time and go off again for as long as you can.

Get yourself a camp chair. Like a director's chair but normal height. Use it
to sit on at the table, at the computer etc. Makes life a lot easier and
lessens the pain.

Once in a while I have a little time without pain. It doesn't happen often
and doesn't stay long but when it is there, I can lay on my left side all
night when asleep and not be paying for it the next morning!
