Urine retention after childbirth

    I delivered my daughter via c-section 15 days back. I first tried for
    vaginal delivery and had taken epidural too for labor.
    Since the delivery I am not being able to urinate. I do feel fullness
    in bladder and feel the urge to urinate but cannot pass out urine. I
    had been on catheter for 2 weeks and now on intermittent self catheter.
    Anybody had any advice/suggestion or can share similar experience
    /remedy?
    Any information will be of great help.
