    I'm new to this group, but that's exactly what I'd been going through.
    Does it happen after ejaculating, too?

    It's very probably prostatitis, but it could also feasibly be a
    urethral stricture. The diagnosis of a stricture is very unpleasant
    (catheter, camera... ow ow ow).

    I'm still having this problem, and am going back to the uro in a few
    weeks. In the meantime, I'm taking saw palmetto, and (on uro's advice)
    trying to ejaculate more.
