    If you've seen your doc and are sure it is prostatitis, you can try
    all the standard things such as avoiding caffeine, spicy foods, too
    much sitting, etc. Saw Palmetto extract seems to help a lot of people
    as do hot baths. Don't allow yourself to get too backed up sexually. I
    do all the above and sometimes it just aches anyway so I've learned to
    live with it.
