Swelling or firmness while flaccid?

Had anyone notices a slight swelling or unusual firmness in the Penis
while flaccid?

I went to my Uro and he says he doesn't see any evidence of peyronies
but can't explain my symptoms. He says he noticied a slight thickening
of the top and underside of the penis.

I have also had some pain on the right side of the shaft for the past 7
weeks.

He thinks it may be CPPS and prescribed an alpha-blocker.
