Re: Beta Sitosterol vs. Saw Palmetto

My own experiences with the two have been Saw Palmetto made my symptoms
much worse resulting in stomach and groin pains, as well as increased
pains when urinating. I used the recommended dosages of quality gel
caps from Walgreens.

Beta Sitosterol however really improved my symptoms, but for only a few
weeks. Increasing the dosage didn't make a difference, so I recently
stopped. Hope this helps.
