exercises are most critical for eliminating the back,groin,and testicular pain most of us suffer.i did exactly what he told me and
have had 2 almost pain free days and can tell i am definitely a whole
lot better.the pain is caused by the back muscles and they have to be
stretched in this manner. sit on the floor with your back against the
couch or a wall. bend your knees and bring the backs of your feet as
close to your *** as you can get them.wrap your arms around your
legs and squeeze very hard.at the same time bend your head and try to
touch your knees with your head, try to hold this position for at
least five minutes.do this 2 or 3 times a day. you want notice much difference until the next day.. one other exercise and we will be
done. sit on the floor with your back against the wall or couch with
your legs straight out.now simply lean forward and try to touch your toes.when you lean forward try and hold that position as long as you can.do it several times and both of these exercises everyday. this
will also eliminate sitting pain. the muscles in our backs are too
tight and need to be stretched on a daily basis.this is the only 2
exercises that will really stretch the back muscles that are causing
us pain.


so here is the answer to our problems 2 zantac everyday 2 motrin
everyday and by all means do the bending and stretching exercises
everyday
