I bought one for about $75. Way too much money - but it works. I
also cut additional material out in 'strategic' areas.

I figure one could make this for $20, but I'm no seamstress.

I think I'll be replacing the foam soon since it's flattened a bit.

I also sit on two 1" pamplets (books) under each cheek - in my car.

This has all made a WONDERFUL improvment. I'm 90% symptom free now.
