chronic prostatitis?

It has been about a year now with the first bout lasting about 2.5 months. I
had all the tests including the scope. They could not find anything.
The only pain I have is at the tip of the penis and sometimes in the base.
Makes me feel like I need to urinate and sometimes the pain in the penis
really hurts.
It has come back 4 times this year lasting 1.5 to 3 weeks. I am on Uroxatral
but I am not sure it is helping now.
I am in another flare-up and am wondering if this one will go away.

Has anyone else had symptoms like this? The Dr.'s say there is no infection.
I have seen 2 uroligists so far and am going to a CPPS specialist in the end
of July.
