I went to Wal-Mart and was told that there used to be a Sam's Apple Cider
soda water, but that was discontinued. We searched the inventory and the
only product that came up in the computer was Alpine Spiced Cider Sugar-Free
Apple Flavor Drink Mix, 10 pouch box for USD 1.50. It's where the teas and
coffees are kept. There's a sugar free and with sugar. I bought 6 of them.
I took two packages, mixed them into my iced tea at the Mexican restaurant
where I had lunch. I was hurting this morning but now I don't feel anything
and my flow is a bit less constricted. Placebo effect? Probably. Unless
and until we hear otherwise from Jack Harris, I'm going to be drinking 2
pouches of this stuff 4 times a day. No caffeeine, 15 calories per pouch,
USD 1.20 can't even buy an ice tea or cup of coffee in most places.

TP,
Most health food stores sell Apple Cidar Vinegar (with the mother). I
don't recall why the "mother" is important. I seem to recall reading that
ACV helps to clean out out the urininary tract. My aunt drinks it every
day and believed that is the reason she has never had a urininary tract
infection.
People that have lots of problems with urin. tract infections should at
least try it to see if it helps.
