Chronic abacterial prostatitis is a totally different story.

what do you mean ?
does an untreated acute prostatitis turn into abacterial prostatitis?
acute satge is quiet esily cured with antibio.... ok but no-one has
never gave me this antibio.

If you have bacterial prostatitis you should have been on an
antibiotic
like ciprofloxacin for 14 days.
are you saying that you have had bacterial prostatitis for more than 2
years
with absolutely no treatment?
I would imagine that you have been in a lot of pain.
are you taking anything for pain?
go to a dr. and tell that you need antibiotics for treatment of the
acute
prostatitis.
If you have had it for 2 years with no treatment it may well have
turned into
chronic abacterial prostatitis.
The problem you have may well be due to a lower back injury or pinched
nerves
in your lower spine.
If the urologist can';t help you then head for the nearest neurologist
to address the problem.
If he can't help go to an back dr for help.
You really need to be seen by medical professionals to help you .
if you are suffering from testicle pain and penile numbness, you most
likely
have a damaged nerve in the lower back or in the pelvis region.
One thing that helped me a lot was to stop eating processed and
refined sugar and
artificial sweetners. now i only eat honey for my sugar needs.
another thing that may help is to lay on the floor and slide your ***
up against the wall
with your legs straight up against the wall and then ley gravity pull
them down
to form a y.
good luck

.
