((Two suggestions that I've found effective: First, get Spybot S&D, and
keep it updated. (And use it regularly...) . Also, try MSN's task bar,
which includes a pop-up blocker. It keeps a running total of the blocked
pop-ups for you. It's also free. ))

Eliyahu, as soon as I back up all my PowerTools files, I plan on downloading
Spybot to see if that will fix the problem.

As far as MSN's task bar, I'll look into it if you can point me in the right
direction to find it. I already have so many taskbars what with both AOL and
my PowerTools that one more can't be a problem.

Thanks for your help as I can't even go away from my computer for a few minutes
without Microsoft IE bugging me. Wait a minute? Isn't MSN another Microsoft
thing?
