At least one of the ergonomic split keyboards, Comfort, allows you to move
the keypad to the left or the right; two others, Goldtouch and Maxim, come
with separate numeric keypads that you can place on the right or the left
side as you wish, and the British Maltron puts the number keys in the middle
for either right or left hand use, so you're covered even there.
You lefties just need to spend less time bitching and more time shopping
