Is anybody out there lactose intolerant? If so, what are your symptoms? I
have never had any trouble eating or drinking any dairy products, but just
in the last several months whenever I drink a glass of milk (which I love
milk) my stomach starts cramping and it will hurt all day. Is lactose
intolerance something that can come on suddenly like this? It does seem to
do it a bit whenever I eat things with milk or cheese in it too here lately,
but just not as bad as a pure glass of milk will do.
