Yep. Sue them.
My feeling is under the law I don't have to opt out of the junk faxes,
and as long as they are willing to pay the damages set forth in the
TCPA law they can keep on faxing. I am willing to accept them as long
as they are willing to pay.
The government fined Fax.com 5.4 million dollars and have not
collected. If the US government can't get them to stop faxing or to
pay their fines why should they stop faxing you? They get paid for
it. Nothing will make them stop.
Until we all sue them and their sleazy customers, that is.
