Very few of us can afford to spend the requisite time in small claims court
to sue every sender of a junk fax we receive, assuming we can even identify
the culprits. Forwarding the information to the appropriate government
agencies should be within anyone's capacity, though:

Also, do make sure you have listed all your fax numbers with the national Do
Not Call Registry, which has superceded many of the state lists. That can be
done very easily and quickly online.
