Try getting this file (startup.exe) and running it. The file is very small
and works good with 98SE.

If Adaware or Spybot didn't get it then it is most likely in the startup of
the PC. Startup.exe will let you look at all the files that are being
started and turn them off individually. I usually Google any file names
that I don't recognize to see if they are something bad.
