word help

Now I know I spent too much time in the sun without a hat today and did get
ill from it but I cannot find, remember or even figure out what this gal is
dictating.

The sentence is She was given the drug information sheets on Adriamycin,
Cytoxan, paclitaxel along with (S/L zulgraftin OR socraftin or sulgraftin? )
and Bactrim. Any ideas would be helpful. Sorry my fried brain is not
working tonight!!
