To me, it does not sound like suits. It sounds like an MT who just sorta fell
into being a service owner, started out transcribing an account "on the side"
of a regular job, doesn't want to do anything to make waves, and so she doesn't
want to send in any blanks that will call attention to not only crappy
dictation but also her own ignorance. That's how it strikes me.
