I'd agree that's sick (trying to lock him up). What a horrible position to put
the girl in. At 15 they both consented and it sure is a bit different than if
he took pics and did something with them w/o her permission. How many of us (in
the general sense) were sexually active at that age or shortly thereafter -
and, if similar action was taken, could have a felony record.

I would only advocate going after the 13 y/o boy in this situation if he and
his parents fail to cooperate in giving back any photos
