Gisele, good luck! I'm just about to reload my computer because I have a popup
program I can't get rid of with any of the spy killers. I even downloaded
obscure ones off of the internet and researched this rotten company who puts
out this spyware. Doesn't seem to be any way to kill it, so I hope it's not
what you have. It's "offer optimizer," and it optimizes, all right. When I
went online and looked up plane fares on Expedia, it popped up, "Didn't find
the fare you want? Try X!" and when I went online yesterday to examine at my
Verizon wireless bill (don't even get me started on them - WHAT A RIPOFF!), it
popped up an ad that said, "Still need a cell phone?" IT'S CREEPY.
If anybody knows how to get rid of it, please let me know. Otherwise, I'm
reloading this weekend. :(
Sandi
