and yet many people still work in those situations, regardless of the rules.

They still do that around here, but they ask first.

Exactly. And the people who are not allergic to those substances have the right
to them. If you know you are going to suffer from an allergy attack in Belk's
- don't go there. If you have a peanut allergy, don't go to the steak houses
that have the shells all over the floors. If you are allergic to smoke, don't
go to a pool hall or bar where smoking allowed. People all have choices. Like
I said, I don't expect the world to stop spinning because I am allergic to
something. There are many things that I am not allergic to that other people
are and I certainly wouldn't want my right to do it, eat it, wear it, infringed
upon because of a few.

Yes, and you choose whether or not to put your face in that situation or to put
the food into your mouth for ingestion. People have choices.
