Of course it didn't - you didn't read it.
Of course it would piss me off if a company wanted to cheat me out of the
expanded count of CHF. However, IF they were clear about this up front, then it
is not my place to bitch - I agreed to it. However, my point was, is this only
for expander shortcuts I actually use, or is the MTSO going to decide which I
should have expanded but didn't. If I agree up front to this, then I'm stupid.
If they don't disclose it, IMHO it's fraud OF COURSE.
