I think the fact that you are overwhelmed but not hating it is a big plus. I
learned on the job (neurosurgery, 1970s), and I still remember absolutely
HATING IT, wondering what I'd gotten myself into for the first few months.
Didn't think anything would ever sink in. But, as Jay stated, little by
little, it starts sticking. Hang in there, and keep at it.
