I never said that, you certainly haven not read what I wrote. I just don't
know the value of saying, I can catch some errors, but not all, and hey, I
might make a typo or two and introduce a few of my own because we know the docs
often don't read what they sign. I make it as perfect as I can make it, but I
am only a human, and the person who bears the ultimate responsibility for that
document is the person who dictated it and signed it.

You made me very nervous by telling a newbie that docs often make mistakes in
dictation and she would be able to catch them. I don't think that's true of a
newbie, and I certainly wouldn't want her to be caught trying to practice
medicine. The same goes for seasoned MTs, and I can't believe I'm even having
to spell this out to you.
