That's an extremely slippery slope you want to slide down, there. If you using
the "it costs others money, so it must be stopped" logic, then what is to stop
someone from outlawing eating too much? The logic just breaks down completely
when you try to regulate personal reponsibility in this way...at least in a
free country it does.
