Well I keep them for my own records. I pull up old reports for my
patients while
I'm typing their current report because some of those people are on 25+
meds.
Instead of retyping all of that, I copy and paste and make changes that
need to be
made. His physicals are SOOOOOOO long and he goes into great details
about social
and family history and then there is the past surgical history that
doesn't change, other
than to add stuff to it. So I just copy and paste the whole physical
and make changes
where necessary. It saves me ALOT of time. But I let him know that if
he needs me
to reprint an old report, it is $5 a page. He makes sure he keeps up
with his CD's. LOL
