I have no idea if the statistics you quote are valid or not, but I'll
assume so and with no great surprise. There has always been
controversy about sexual surveys and their accuracy, but none of us
can control that or know how pervasive untrue answers are.

The fact still remains that there a significant number of people for
whom gay will never be accepted or understood for the reasons I cited
in my former post, and I'm curious as to how readers here would react
to those people. I think we need to be compassionate because surely
many of these people have loved ones who are gay, and the whole issue
must be very difficult for them.
