Interestingly enough, we seldom do. We have a couple of clients who have cash
in the drawer and they will occasionally pay us in cash. It's rare for that to
happen, though. We used to have one that never paid by check except for the
tax return at year's end. My boss cried when that client sold to someone else
earlier this year. :(
