Vitamin D is the trigger to make it bind. Justin's endocrinologist was very,
very adamant that vitamin D is to be taken with Fosamax, Actonel, etc. or it
doesn't do you any good. I'm sure if you looked it up at a drug reference
site it will tell the information.
