I said why was she ALONE with the baby if she was so ill - not why did she have
the baby. I wasn't even insinuating she should not have custody of the child,
just that if she was suffering from this illness that is so well known to lead
to such results (particularly in Texas, I might add), then perhaps having her
remain chief caretaker throughout the duration of her illness was a less than
stellar decision on someone's part.
