Oops, I just noticed what your post actually said. We are allowed to keep
the movies forever if we like (you just don't get a new one til you start
sending them back). There is no late fee to begin with so I'm not sure what
they were talking about. Now I know that they have been advertising that
"in-store" rentals late fees were being done away with, so maybe that's what
they were talking about and not their online DVD rentals.
