If it's possible for people to do this with their own accounts, then it
would be possible with at least some MQ accounts. I've been on the same
accounts for years and am as familiar with the docs on those accounts as
I ever was with docs when I was an IC. I personally can't do 1500-2000
lines in 3-5 hours, but I never could with my own accounts either. I
feel my line counts are much the same as they were when I worked
independently, though. Some of the MQ accounts have extensive standards
or normals built in, too, and I'm sure that boosts the line counts.
That isn't true of the accounts I work on, though.
