| I felt my first EQ tremble yesterday morning at 6:30 while making
coffee. I
| felt a bump and my feet vibrated for a second, and the stained
glass things
| on the windows rattled. It was a 4.4 in Fontana, quite a few
miles away
| from me. I'm scared to feel the real thing.

We put up with a few of those when we lived in Redlands. The
amazing thing was to drive a few miles further and see rows of
houses built on the upper side of an earthquake fault line, sited
for the view it afforded.
