Su, I don't use the bottom screen in IT. I expand all as phrases with
the space and period. Works for me. I guess it is finding a method that
works like someone else stated.

I have added a few short cuts daily for years. When looking for any new
job at this point I would have to be able to bring my short cuts, or
become disabled.
