I have Xnews but I don't remember having to do anything with OE to use it.
Is that the one you downloaded? Maybe I missed something because my OE was
already set up for my Comcast email and that's why I didn't have to mess
with it at all when setting up Xnews?? Who knows - it's been a while since
I set up Xnews and even longer since I messed with OE.
I believe, though, if you have comcast or bellsouth DSL they will walk you
through the OE setup to use them to get to the usenet using particular
readers. Comcast has a lot of helpful info on their website and you can
email/chat with their tech support.
