Myrtle Beach is okay to visit but way too touristy for me. I couldn't
imagine fighting all that traffic all the time. Downtown Charleston is
just as bad but you learn the times to go there and when not to go there.
I worked downtown for eons, so I got used to the traffic nightmares and so
on but when the tourists practically write your paycheck, you learn to deal
or park and walk! LOL! I live about 20 minutes outside of downtown
Charleston now and absolutely love it. I love going to the touristy things
when not many tourists are out and getting to eat downtown and shop
downtown without fighing people.
