I would e-mail whatever company you are interested in ordering from, not
call. If you don't hear back within a day, you should do business with
someone else. The Buddy pod has actually been out for at least 4 years, but
may not have been available in Australia. The best people to deal with for
this kind of thing are the VARs for Dragon.
