Help with word please

"There is also a rare problem called torsades de pointes in which his heart
beats abnormally. We also discussed that this can be extreme and certain
medications can increase the risk including the S/L thyodurazine or could be
cyothrozine group or furosemide. She's a tad hard to understand but not too
much. I can definitely hear all the thy or cy/o/dura/zine and actually
sounds more like they thy/o/dura/zine. I know I must be a bit tired and I
should get it but I'm not. This is a cancer patient that will be taking
arsenic trioxide and she is listing potential problems and treatments of
them, etc.
