yes, I get that but if they still perform substandard, are they asked to
leave the union or do they continue to get recommended when all of the
other good workers refuse the job? My point about that is...it doesn't
matter what they have them do, if they still don't do great work they will
still get recommended over someone simply because they have not joined a
union.
