I think what is more scary to me is the fact that tubal ligation can reap
tubal pregnancies, which we all know are dangerous. I know that because I
almost died from a ruptured tube due to pregnancy that I had no clue I had
(not from tied tubes though). My daughter had a ligation and several times
had scares that she might have tubal pregnancies. Some of us fertile
Myrtles out here would get pregnant with anything!!

I knew the chances of getting pregnant with a tubal ligation was that high
and I always felt it was a rather risky procedure, but when they first
started doing them, I think they did have it rated with the odds of
conceiving a lot less. That tells you something right there.

Anyway, I am just glad I had a hysterectomy in my mid-30s. I think that is
a sure fire way to know you won't get pregnant. At least, I never did after
that. lol
