That's pretty much it... ANYTHING I use is going to cost money. I'm willing
to pay what PayPal is charging, but I was unsure if the timeliness was
there, or if there were any horror stories regarding lost funds or inability
to track funds, etc.

I have another question.... okay if it takes a few days for the payment to
actually arrive, does PayPal tell you when THEY received a payment? I don't
mind rendering services before I've received payment as long as I know the
payments have been issued.
